Μνημόνιο στρατηγικής συνεργασίας ΔΕΗ-Silcio

Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας στην Ελλάδα (ΔΕΗ) ενέκρινε την Πέμπτη την υπογραφή με την ομάδα Silcio μνημονίου στρατηγικής συνεργασίας για τη δημιουργία μιας εταιρείας για την παροχή, μέσω ενός δικτύου franchising σε εθνικό ελληνικής ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων για συστήματα photovolyaïques εγχώριες ενεργειακές υπηρεσίες και προϊόντα που εξοικονομούν ενέργεια και υπηρεσίες σε πελάτες στην DCI.

Η ΔΕΗ θα συμμετάσχει στη νέα εταιρεία μέχρι 49% του κεφαλαίου, το υπόλοιπο 51% αποδίδεται στη Silcio, που ανήκει DAMCO ENERGY INTERNATIONAL και κατασκευαστικές.

ΔΕΗ θα συμμετάσχει επίσης σε ποσοστό έως 49% στο μετοχικό κεφάλαιο της εργοστάσια παραγωγής φωτοβολταϊκών και PRIRITIUM Silcio εξοπλισμό Α. Ε. ομάδα.

Greek utility PPC plans to become a solar module producer and supplier

 

January, 2012: A memorandum of understanding to create a joint venture, signed by Greece’s largest electric company Public Power Corporation SA (PPC) and Greek solar producer Silcio SA, has raised fears about free market conditions in Greece.

 

A representative from Greek solar producer Exel Group SA told PHOTON that fair competition in the local solar market is in serious danger due to the agreement. Nikos Pitsokos, head of Exel’s solar division, said the agreement between PPC and Silcio will enable PPC to gain a dominant position in the market because the company has the unique privilege of granting permissions for the installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems and of purchasing electricity. According to Pitsokos, “there are other manufacturing plants of photovoltaic modules in Greece, two of crystalline and one of thin-film modules, with hundreds of employees, and now they have to compete unequally not only with the European and Asian giants but also with PPC.” Speaking to PHOTON, Silcio’s commercial manager, Spyros Tsarouhis, said the joint venture between Silcio and PPC aims to develop a network of shops throughout Greece that will offer turnkey solutions for rooftop PV installations. According to Greek news source Athens News Agency, Silcio will own 51 percent of the joint venture and PPV will own 49 percent. Under the partnership agreement, PPC will also acquire a 49 percent stake in Silcio’s two module production plants. …
