This role opens up as the previous role holder advances to Electrical Maintenance Manager, creating an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead and develop within a collaborative, dynamic team. Reporting to: Production Manager for daily maintenance and team operations. Electrical Maintenance Manager for project execution and technical skill-building. Mission: In this pivotal role, you’ll lead in two key areas: 1. Inspire and Empower – Guide a skilled team of professionals, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration. With your leadership, you’ll inspire the team to stay motivated, informed, and engaged with the latest developments. 2. Champion System Excellence – Manage a robust, custom-built electrical system with curiosity and a commitment to improvement. By driving continuous enhancements, you’ll play a central role in keeping the plant at peak performance. You will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards and prioritizing safe operations. Collaborating closely with production teams to streamline maintenance tasks. Leading maintenance system implementations, overseeing upgrades and improvements. Optimizing resource allocation and control maintenance budgets. Upholding quality standards while advancing predictive maintenance practices. Mentoring and supporting the technical development of your team. Overseeing new projects and investments, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
