As a Construction Project Manager, you'll take the lead in the redevelopment of 2000m2 of urban projects, transforming them into vibrant apartments, hotels, and serviced accommodations. Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, from permit acquisition and design to successful delivery. Efficiently manage the project budget to ensure financial goals are met. Provide regular status reports on project progress. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management. Strong organizational and project management skills. In-depth industry knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
